SHIPPING INFO & POLICIES
All Coffees ship directly from our roasting facilities in Guatemala. While we curate amazing coffees from around Guatemala, we have a meticulous quality control and centralize production to guarantee quality and traceability of all the coffees we offer.
We offer worldwide shipping and all coffees are shipped freshly roasted. Standard shipping will take 4-6 business days to arrive and express shipping will take around 1-2 days. Giving coffee a perfect window of time to de-gas and arrive at its peak of freshness. Some parts of the world may take longer.
We normally ship within 1 business day after receiving the order unless it’s the weekend or Holiday we will ship out on the next business day.
We use Fedex and DHL to deliver all products safely and in a timely manner, national holidays, storms, and other external factors out of our control could delay your shipment. Packages might change delivery services once in the country of origin.
IMPORTANT: Depending on the country you are ordering from there may be import taxes for coffee, that have nothing to do with Gento Coffee. The currier will be contacting you in the case there are any additional charges to import the coffee into your country. However, most countries we ship to do not have import fees for coffee.
All coffees have a farmer card, so you get to know the story behind each coffee and small description of the cup profile. These notes are totally subjective and might not be perceived by all coffee drinkers.
Our coffees are 100% natural Guatemalan coffees, they have no added flavors or preservatives.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns. However, we want you to be happy with your product, so if you are dissatisfied with the coffee you received, or something went wrong with your order, please let us know within 30 days of placing your order at contact@gentocoffee.com we will be happy to remedy your situation or refund your money.
