- 150 ml of milk
- 2 oz of espresso or strong coffee (we recommend our Los Volcanes Blend for this recipe with notes of sweet dark chocolate)
- Mini Marshmallows
- Hot water
- Ground graham crackers
- Chocolate Syrup
Wet your mug rim with a little water and dip it into a plate of crushed graham crackers for added flair.
Make your expresso and add hot milk to the coffee.
In a small pan, melt 50g of mini marshmallows with a little bit of water. Stir until dissolved.
Add the marshmallow mix to the mug and top with chocolate syrup.
