Shipping policy

We ship our coffee within 72 hours of roasting.  Do to the perishable nature of coffee we are unable to accept returns. However we want you to be happy with your product, so if you are dissatisfied with the coffee you received, or something went wrong with your order, please let us know within 30 days of placing your order at contact@gentocoffee.com we will be happy to remedy your situation or refund your money.
