Recognized with an Honorable Mention at the 2025 Global Coffee Awards, Armonía is a Guatemalan specialty coffee from Huehuetenango, sourced from a collective of small-scale women coffee producers affiliated with COOPESQUI, a women-led cooperative working to create greater opportunities for women in coffee.

Its name, Armonía, reflects what we love about this coffee: a beautiful balance of sweetness, fruit, and the distinctive character of coffees grown in the mountains of Huehuetenango.

What makes Armonía special?

Armonía begins with the women who grow it.

Each producer carefully harvests and processes her coffee at home, overseeing the pulping, fermentation, and washing before delivering the finished coffee to the cooperative.

For Armonía, we select high-quality lots that complement one another in the cup, bringing together flavors of red fruit and orange with a balanced, natural sweetness.

The result is an approachable yet expressive Guatemalan coffee that showcases both the quality of Huehuetenango and the work of the women behind each harvest.

Coffee Produced by Women in Huehuetenango

COOPESQUI is a women-led coffee cooperative in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, focused on supporting small-scale producers and advancing opportunities for women within the coffee industry.

Beyond connecting producers with the coffee market, the cooperative provides members with technical assistance and opportunities to develop new skills. COOPESQUI also operates a community healthcare center and pharmacy offering subsidized services.
