Chocolate and citrus. Balanced, full-bodied, and smooth.

Don Roberto is a single-origin Guatemalan specialty coffee produced by Ellen Prentice at Finca de Dios, our family farm in the mountains of Fraijanes, Guatemala.

Named in honor of our grandfather, who started the family farm, Don Roberto represents three generations of coffee-growing tradition. Today, our family continues his legacy by producing high-quality specialty coffee with a focus on careful farming, quality, and sustainable practices at origin.

Why is it called Don Roberto?

Coffee has been part of our family for three generations.

Don Roberto is named after our grandfather, who began the family coffee farm that would become Finca de Dios. His work laid the foundation for the coffee we continue to grow today in the mountains of Fraijanes.

For us, this coffee is more than an everyday cup. It's a connection between generations and a reflection of the knowledge, hard work, and traditions that have shaped our farm.

What does Don Roberto coffee taste like?

Don Roberto is a balanced, full-bodied Guatemalan coffee with rich chocolate and bright citrus notes.

Its combination of chocolatey sweetness, subtle citrus, and a smooth, satisfying body makes it an approachable specialty coffee for those who enjoy classic, balanced flavors.

How is Don Roberto coffee produced?

Don Roberto is made from Caturra and Pacas varieties grown at 1,750 meters on Finca de Dios in Fraijanes.

After harvest, the coffee is fully washed to create a clean, balanced cup and then slowly sun-dried. From cultivation through processing, each step takes place with careful attention to preserving the quality developed on the farm.

The result is a coffee that reflects both the high-altitude growing conditions of Fraijanes and three generations of our family's experience producing Guatemalan coffee.
