This set includes two freshly roasted exotic coffees in 8oz tins:
🌺 Washed Java - An exotic variety originating in Ethiopia and later developed on the island of Java, Indonesia. This coffee embodies the refined elegance of the heirloom Java lineage. After a 136-hour fermentation, it is fully washed and dried on raised beds, resulting in a cup with bright floral and caramel notes and a vibrant tangerine-like acidity.
🍒 Natural Java - This microlot undergoes a natural processing in which the cherries are washed and then dried whole for 30 days, allowing their sugars to concentrate fully. The result is a full-bodied, fruit-forward coffee with expressive notes of orange blossom, black cherry, and cacao, complemented by a silky mouthfeel.
