Details
Chocolate, caramel, and toffee. Sweet, smooth, and full-bodied.
Our Cold Brew Blend is a Guatemalan specialty coffee created specifically for making smooth, naturally sweet cold brew at home.
We select coffees for their natural sweetness, chocolate-forward flavors, and full body, creating a cold brew that's rich and flavorful without losing its balance.
What makes this coffee ideal for cold brew?
Cold brewing brings out different characteristics in coffee, so we created this blend with the final cold brew cup in mind.
We selected coffees with rich chocolate notes and natural sweetness that develop beautifully during the slow cold brewing process. The result is a sweet, full-bodied cold brew with notes of chocolate, caramel, and toffee and a smooth, balanced finish.
It's an easy way to make café-quality cold brew at home.
What does our Cold Brew Blend taste like?
Expect a smooth and balanced cold brew with chocolate, caramel, and toffee notes.
The rich chocolate character gives the coffee depth, while caramel and toffee bring a natural sweetness that makes it delicious black, over ice, or with your favorite milk.
A Guatemalan Coffee Blend Made for Cold Brew
Our Cold Brew Blend combines traditional Guatemalan coffee varieties, including Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai, grown at more than 1,700 meters.
Coffees from Huehuetenango and Fraijanes, Guatemala, are brought together to create the sweetness, body, and chocolate-forward profile we look for in a great cold brew.
The coffees are fully washed and sun-dried before being roasted to create a smooth and balanced final cup.
How do you make cold brew coffee at home?
Making cold brew is simple. Coarsely ground coffee is steeped in cold water for an extended period, then filtered to create a smooth, concentrated coffee that's ready to serve over ice.
Follow our Gento Cold Brew Recipe for the recommended coffee-to-water ratio, grind size, and steeping time.
