Award-winning Exotic Variety

A bold and expressive variety from a cross between Pacas and Maragogype, this exceptional Pacamara lot, cultivated by Ellen Prentice at Finca de Dios, is a true expression of craftsmanship and terroir. Carefully selected in small batches, it stands out for its vibrant and intensely fruity profile, with layered notes of guava, grapefruit, rich chocolate, and panela.

Grown in the high-altitude mountains of Fraijanes at 1,750 meters above sea level, this coffee reflects meticulous attention to detail at every stage. Ellen applies precise processing techniques to each exotic lot—this Pacamara was double washed and dried on raised beds for eight days, enhancing clarity, sweetness, and complexity in the cup.

Packaged in a recyclable 8oz tin.
