Story

From our family farm, this particular lot is a small quantity that was separated from our traditional Don Roberto coffee due to its sweet melon and honey notes. This is a single bourbón variety, carefully handpicked at the peak of ripeness, fermented for 36 hours, and then slowly dried on raised beds.
