Isabella is a single-origin Guatemalan specialty coffee from Antigua, produced by Raúl and his daughter Isabella at Finca Santa Inés, a family coffee farm located just minutes from Antigua's historic center.

Coffee has been grown at Finca Santa Inés since the early 1900s. Today, Raúl and Isabella are carrying that tradition forward while focusing on quality, sustainable farming, and the future of coffee production in Antigua.

This particular lot was selected from among the farm's coffees for its exceptional sweetness and balance.

What makes Isabella coffee special?

Isabella represents both the history and the future of Finca Santa Inés.

For generations, the family has grown traditional Guatemalan coffee varieties under shade in Antigua. The farm's coffee trees grow at approximately 1,500 meters, where Antigua's distinctive growing conditions help produce sweet, balanced, and complex coffees.

This lot was carefully selected for its cup quality before being fully washed and slowly sun-dried to preserve its sweetness and clarity.

The result is an elegant expression of genuine Antigua coffee and the generations of knowledge behind it.
