Dark chocolate and florals. Sweet and balanced with a smooth body.

Genaro Juárez is a certified organic Guatemalan specialty coffee grown by small-scale coffee producer Genaro Juárez and his family in San Pedro Sacatepéquez, San Marcos, Guatemala.

What makes Genaro Juárez coffee special?

Quality begins on the farm.

Genaro and his family personally care for their coffee throughout production, from cultivation and harvest through washing and drying. The farm is certified organic, reflecting Genaro's commitment to organic coffee production and careful farm management.

After harvest, the coffee is fully washed using artisanal processing methods and slowly sun-dried.

Genaro's farm sits high in the mountains of San Marcos, where volcanic soils, high elevation, and the region's distinctive microclimate create ideal conditions for producing sweet, aromatic specialty coffees.

His attention to quality has earned his coffee recognition in regional competitions celebrating some of the best coffees produced in San Marcos.

What does Genaro Juárez coffee taste like?

In the medium roast, Genaro’s coffee develops a deeper, more chocolate-forward profile while preserving the floral character of its origin. Expect a sweet and balanced cup with notes of dark chocolate, a smooth body, and delicate florals.

The result is an approachable, beautifully balanced coffee for those who prefer the richness of a medium roast without losing the complexity of specialty coffee.
