Story

Just minutes away from Antigua´s central park, Finca Santa Inés is genuine Antigua coffee managed by Raul and his daughter Isabella. Since the early 1900s, traditional varieties including Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai have been grown on the farm. The coffee is 100% shade-grown, and the family looks to produce sustainable coffee taking care of the environment and the farm's natural resources. This particular lot is a single variety Bourbon 300 that we specially selected over many other lots because of its sweetness and balance. This coffee is named Isabella in honor of the new generation that is looking to innovate in coffee practices and promote quality.
